Online right-of-withdrawal workflows for Shopify storefronts.
Revoco gives Shopify merchants tools to publish and manage an online right-of-withdrawal flow. It provides a no-login, three-step form (look up, choose items, confirm), timestamped acknowledgements, and a request history in Shopify admin. Revoco supports the merchant's workflow; it does not provide legal advice or guarantee that one configuration satisfies every law or store-specific obligation.
After installation, Revoco's hosted form is available at the Withdrawal link shown in Setup and Settings (normally yourstore.myshopify.com/apps/revoco). Add that link to a footer menu, policy page, or email. Theme blocks and the optional Thank you, Order status, and Customer Accounts shortcuts are additional entry points. Before going live, set your contact and email details, choose your processing rules, review the storefront text, and test the flow on your store.
No. The withdrawal form is served on your own storefront and requires no login. The shopper enters their name, order or contract number, and email, then confirms.
Revoco tries to match the order number and email to the same Shopify order. A verified match can show line items and use the merchant's configured order-processing automation. If a match is not possible, Revoco still records and acknowledges the declaration, marks it Unverified, shows no order contents, and routes it to the merchant for manual review. No order is tagged, cancelled, refunded or returned automatically without a live verified match. Reading order data for verification requires Protected Customer Data access, which Shopify grants on review.
The Unlimited plan is $14.99 every 30 days or $143.90 per year (20% less than twelve monthly payments), with the same features in either billing period. A paid store receives one trial window of up to 14 days; if that trial was started before, only its remaining days are available. Shopify development stores receive full feature access without a charge. Cancel anytime through Shopify.
The acknowledgement email is sent through Revoco's built-in sender, using your shop name and the reply-to address you set under Settings → Email. The on-screen receipt and printable copy show the server-recorded receipt time even if email delivery fails. You remain responsible for reviewing the request and meeting any notification or record-keeping duties that apply to your store.
Revoco confirms receipt only. The on-screen confirmation, the printable copy, and the email all state the date and exact time of receipt and make clear this is not an assessment of whether the withdrawal is legally effective. The legal review remains with you, the merchant.
